This is one of the most irritating things about them. That demonic need to disturb you when you seem to not care. The idea that me casually existing and ignoring their neediness is so completely unbearable that it must turn into a confrontation. It's about power. That's why prison wardens and police are so brutal to those helpless and broken before them. It feeds their sick ego. We must be aware of their power at all times or it's disrespectful to them.
