It’s difficult because the sector that’s technically more “socially aware” is so incredibly abusive to us, we end up hopping from one organization to another finding the same racist treatment, lack of growth and stifling of our ideas. We as people with so much potential deserve better, and we must continue to demand better (or create something else entirely).
